房間很寬敞 是日本的難得的寬敞的房間 以及夏季也開業並打折很多（當然也是冬天這一帶實在太太太貴了）。不過夏天人少早餐不開，還在附近走幾步就有一個小超市和一個lawson。周圍去哪裡都方便

Just booked a quick night here , was really tired , was "upgraded" but unfortunately as soon as I turn the AC on, the room fills with insects (called rice stink bugs). Even though harmless but the kind of issue we should not see in a 4 star hotel and reveals the nonexistent quality control. Practical rooms and facilities but not super comfy. Anyway , okay service.

외관은 이쁘고 좋은데 숙소 내부는 리뉴얼이 필요해 보이네요. 벽지 뜯어져 있는것도 있습니다. 목욕탕 시설은 좋고 조식과 석식은 적당합니다. 객실에서 불꽃놀이가 보여 좋습니다.

Excellent service from check in to check out by the wonderful staff at Chatrium Niseko. They were always there if we needed anything and helped organise transfers to and from the airport via taxi. We were a few minutes walk to the Ace family chairlift where we could then explore around snowboarding and using multiple gondolas and lifts from there. Lots of food trucks and convenience stores on the way back to the hotel which was super convenient. Arigato for a wonderful experience!

Super apartment in great location. 2 large bedrooms with great storage, 2 good sized baths, large living room with cooking area and all you would need for self-catering for a family. Seicomart and Lawson just a short walk away. Convenient with parking in the basement. Everything in great condition and well cleaned. Forgot a few things in the fridge and the staff collected it and out it in the lobby fridge for us to pick up later, great service thank you! Will definitely have this place high on the list for next visit to Hirafu 👍🏼

Sure! Here’s a hotel review based on the points you provided: We booked our stay at this hotel at around 8pm and arrived past 10pm, after the reception had already closed. Despite this, the hotel made special arrangements for a staff member to assist us with check-in, which was incredibly helpful. To our pleasant surprise, we also received a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We were provided with a coffee machine along with complimentary capsules, tea bags, and even drinks like cola and green tea. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel also offered free laundry services, including the use of washing machines and dryers, with detergent provided—an amazing convenience for travelers. A special mention goes to the general manager, Bang, who was very friendly and accommodating. He offered us a late check-out, especially after some unexpected issues we faced the previous night. The view from our room was also wonderful, overlooking Mt Annupri Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.
